The Extreme Versatility of Seymour Duncan Pickups in an HSS Array

The HSS pickup configuration is one of the most versatile load-outs in terms of tone. Here, you get a Seymour Duncan® Distortion™ TB-6 humbucker at the bridge and a Seymour Duncan® Custom Flat Strat® SSL-6 single-coil in both the middle and neck position. The humbucker can even be 'split' into a single-coil voicing by engaging the push/pull function of the volume control, while the No-Load design of the tone pot means that when it's dialled in between 9 and 10, it's completely taken out of the equation, giving you the pure, unadulterated sound of the So-Cal Style 1 HSS FR M.
